FutMatic is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS. EA SPORTS FC and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.

Use at your own risk

The extension automates actions inside EA’s web app. Using third-party tools may violate EA’s Terms of Service, and EA may respond with penalties against your account — including temporary restrictions or, in the worst case, a ban. We build in safeguards (previews before anything is spent, pacing intended to stay within EA’s limits), but the risk cannot be reduced to zero and it is yours. By using FutMatic you accept full responsibility for anything that happens to your EA account, your club, and its contents.

As is, no warranty

FutMatic is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will work, keep working after EA updates their app, be available at any given time, or produce the best possible or cheapest squad. EA changes their app regularly and things break.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of FutMatic — including lost coins, cards, club contents, account access, or any indirect or consequential loss. Your only remedy if you are unhappy with the tools is to stop using them.

Your licence

A FutMatic licence is issued to a single user for personal use. You agree not to:

• share, resell, sub-licence or publicly distribute your licence key;
• use the tools beyond the connected-account and daily-quota limits shown in the extension;
• reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or the server;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Privacy

We never ask for or receive your EA login credentials — you sign in to EA’s web app directly with EA, and FutMatic has no access to your password. Solve requests sent to our server contain the card data needed to compute a squad; we keep standard technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention, do not build per-user marketing profiles, and do not sell or share your data.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the tools, or update these terms, at any time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use FutMatic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
